The New York Mets clinched the National League East on Saturday with a 10-2 victory over the Cincinnati Reds. It's the team's first division crown since 2006.

The MLB postseason is rapidly approaching, as things will kick off with the AL Wild Card Game on Tuesday, Oct. 6, and the NL Wild Card Game on Wednesday, Oct. 7.

The National League playoff picture is essentially set after the Chicago Cubs clinched a postseason spot Friday night, but the three NL Central contenders are still jostling for position.
