Top Five Dodger Wives, Girlfriends and Ex's of The Past Five Years

While the Dodgers' season appears to be slowly fading into a dismal abyss of disappointments and shortcomings, a welcomed break to the negativity is...well...the hot significant others of current and former Dodgers.

While the Dodgers may be in disarray, one thing they have going for them is gorgeous women by their side cheering them up. Check out these shots of Dodgers wives, girlfriends, and ex's past and present.

The Top Three Current L.A. Dodgers Likely to Make It to The Hall of Fame

With the latest installment of Hall of Fame inductees being honored Sunday, the concept of current players with the ability to make it to the Hall of Fame is once again on the minds of fans around the league.

The Dodgers have a talented outfield and some well-known names in the infield. There's a "sure thing," a "quite likely," and a "possibly," on the Dodgers roster when it comes to the Hall of Fame, and some big names that may not make it.

Here are three players I feel have a legitimate chance at finding their way to Cooperstown, and some honorable mentions that might just miss the mark.

How the Los Angeles Dodgers Can Dominate the Second Half

Whether it was Rafael Furcal's sizzling bat, Jonathon Broxton's overpowering pitching, or Andre Ethier's clutch hitting, the boys in blue performed exceptionally throughout the first half of their season.

However, numerous injuries and continual struggles within the pitching staff have obstructed their consistency.

It's difficult to determine whether the buzz generated about their chances to contend in the NL are too hasty or totally warranted.

A multitude of factors will contribute to the Dodgers' goals ultimately coming to fruition.

2010 Fantasy Baseball: Hot Streak Week 13

The fireworks were going off on the July 4. These guys were putting on a show the week leading up to our nation’s birthday. The summer nights were lit with their bats and the fire burned many pitchers on the hill.

Is There A Rift Brewing Between Joe Torre and Matt Kemp?

*Please note this article was written before Matt Kemp was inserted into the Dodgers’ lineup last night. However, the only reason Kemp was inserted into the lineup was because Manny Ramirez had an injury, so the basis of my article hasn’t changed.

Benching a star player one game I can understand. Two games I could still somewhat comprehend. But three games? That seems a little extreme to me.

Matt Kemp: Could Los Angeles' Five-Tool Superstar Be on the Move?

Matt Kemp is the total package. He’s a legitimate five-tool player, he’s only 25 years old, and coming into this season, Kemp had to be on the short list of potential NL MVP candidates not named Albert Pujols .

Make no mistake, this was no big-market hype job. Kemp was one of the best players in the game last year and the prevailing thought from nearly everyone was that the best was yet to come.

You Say You a Rude Boy: Matt Kemp Is in a Pickle with Dodgers

Matt Kemp would have never imagined a better start to a baseball season.

At the 14-game mark of the 2010 campaign, the Los Angeles Dodgers' center fielder was a terror at the dish, batting .333 with seven home runs and 20 RBI. Calculated over the course of the season, that's a pace of 81 HR and 231 runs batted in.

Anyone with a shred of common sense knew that Kemp wouldn't maintain those types of numbers, but at the end of April when the Dodgers were 9-14 and in last place in the NL West, the blame game began—and most of the fingers were pointing toward Kemp.

Power and Speed, two of the five essential “tools” or skills that baseball players are said to possess, and they are lethal when combined. Players like Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Bobby Bonds, Dale Murphy, Barry Bonds*, Daryl Strawberry, Alex Rodriguez, Alfonso Soriano and Hanley Ramirez all have used their unique combination of power and speed to join one of the most elite fraternities in Major League Baseball. The 30/30 Club.

Clubhouse Etiquette 101: Where To Draw the Line

Times are changing.

Back in 1989, one needed to make a trip to the local newsstand and gather the courage to purchase a copy of Penthouse magazine to get the dirty lowdown on a big league player, if one trusted the testimony of an alleged mistress.
