On Friday, the New York Yankees made another move to their roster for 2013.

With Adrian Gonzalez entering his first full season with the Los Angeles Dodgers, a lot is expected out of the first baseman going into 2013.

Day 14 at the 2013 World Baseball Classic featured one monumental showdown in Miami. The United States and Puerto Rico went head to head in an elimination game. 

With a spot in the World Baseball Classic semifinals on the line, Puerto Rico shut down the United States early and held on late for a shocking 4-3 win on Friday night.

Dan Uggla's struggles are no secret for Atlanta Braves fans.

With just over two weeks to go until Opening Day, rosters are starting to take shape and teams are starting to take inventory of their positional depth. A few teams will find themselves extremely vulnerable at certain spots and in pretty good shape elsewhere. 

The Major League Baseball season is long and hard for everyone, but the "hard" part is more pronounced for some clubs. In regard to peril, not all schedules are created equal.

So here's a reform question for MLB: Should the league take that into consideration when the postseason rolls around?
