The lightening rod has struck again. And with that, his critics will surely strike back.

Alex Rodriguez woke up Saturday with 1,999 RBIs to his professional name. How he was aided in getting them—his immense offensive talent, his teammates being on base and, of course, the drugs—is irrelevant to the record books.

Carlos Correa, whose nickname is "The Captain," is one of the best prospects in all of baseball. The Puerto Rican shortstop was drafted No. 1 overall by the Houston Astros in 2012.

The 2015 Major League Baseball season is ticking along. In fact, it's made it to double digits, as it's now 10 weeks old.

This calls for our usual celebration. Round up the big storylines and dig in.

Even the great ones stumble. So there's not necessarily cause for panic in Seattle after Felix Hernandez turned in another rough outing Friday night.

Few teams have drafted as well as the Cleveland Indians through the first two days of the 2015 MLB draft. It seemed obvious that the Indians front office had a plan to snatch up arms early and go for bats on Tuesday.
