As the season is coming to an end, there are many debates about who will win division races, who will win the awards, and how it will all end. 

We all know what is statistically true, but there are other things that matter too. Fans pay much attention to baseball, so they know and understand a lot about which players and teams are good and which are not. 

So I would like to hear what you think, as fellow fans. I will put out the facts and after that, it's all up to you. 

The Yankees have an off day after finishing up a 10-game home stand with a victory against the Orioles to avoid their first sweep at the new Yankee Stadium. They were 7-3 during the home stand.

They will fly into Texas, with Jorge Posada, to start a nine-game road trip.

How do the Phillies follow up their reclaiming of first place in the NL East? With a game that was almost too much fun to watch. The first inning brought two quick scores by the Phillies, as the Phils jumped out to a 2-0 lead.

The party came to a halt however, when Jimmy Rollins left the game with a, then, undisclosed injury in the third inning. The Phillies are now calling it "tightness in the hamstring."

We all know July 31 and the days leading up to that day change the season for some teams. There were some serious trades including a trade involving a Cy Young winner and a couple of ex-first overall draft picks.
