There's nothing better than starting the week with a win. For DraftKings players, hopefully Monday was kind enough to provide just that. Tuesday offers an equally promising opportunity with a wealth of games to choose from when setting a lineup.

With 15 games on tap, whittling a roster down to just 10 players can be an ambitious project. Luckily, we're here to help. Before the late games get underway on Tuesday, here's a look at five players to target to complete lineups on DraftKings.

Not too long ago, it wasn't beyond reason to think 2015 would be the year Miguel Cabrera finally slipped from the ranks of Major League Baseball's elite hitters.

But now? Yeah, now that notion comes off as crazy talk. Rather than a hitter in decline, Cabrera is looking much more like his vintage self.

1. Alex Rodriguez charges at Willie Mays

Imagine: Alex Rodriguez, Knight in Shining Armor.

He is the story of April, no fooling. He is smashing home runs, winning games, jacking up his on-base percentage (.412!), making love to television cameras with those doe eyes (as ever) and kissing babies (presumably).

This is at once great news and chilling news for the Yankees, of course.

Extreme early-season performances, whether positive or negative, are generally more scrutinized than a midseason hot or cold streak.

Simply put, that .100 or .400 batting average for a hitter, or the 1.00 ERA or 5.00 ERA for a pitcher, really stands out on the scoreboard during the first month of the year.

That often goes double for rookies, who are either looking to prove they belong at the big league level if they're struggling or looking to prove their hot starts are sustainable.

The Houston Astros weren't the favorites to win the AL West for this year's MLB season. However, with the acquisition of Evan Gattis and Colby Rasmus during the offseason, Grantland.com projected that the lineup would generate a little more pop than in 2014.

This past offseason saw the San Diego Padres take all their chips and put them on offense. That's where they rolled the dice for 2015, and certainly where they needed to be better than they were in 2014.

Here's guessing that Padres general manager A.J. Preller is out there somewhere pumping his fist in triumph. It's early yet, but his gamble really couldn't be going any better.

The future has fully arrived for the Chicago Cubs. Less than one week after Kris Bryant's arrival on the north side, Addison Russell will be joining him, per CBS Sports' Jon Heyman.

It's never too early to take a look at the production of potential MLB trade targets who could be on the move this summer. 

Each year, contending teams use the trade deadline to better position themselves for the season's final months. On the other hand, plenty of organizations dangle attractive trade chips in hopes of enticing a team into sending back a talented package of prospects. 

As the Cincinnati Reds deal with some issues early on in the 2015 season, manager Bryan Price's frustration reached a tipping point before Monday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Update from Tuesday, April 21

Jonathan Lucroy suffered a foot injury against the Reds. Martin Maldonado replaced him at catcher. The injury is expected him to sideline him four-six weeks after the ailment occurred.
